Everyone has at least one piece of technology, many of us have three or four. And we depend on our technology for work, fun, and connection with our colleagues, friends, family, and most importantly our partners. Many people have even turned to technology to meet a partner, picking from profiles and photos on a dating site rather than picking from a crowd in a local bar. On the other hand, technology can drive a wedge between us if we let it.
