Valentine’s Day can easily become a source of stress more than a celebration of love. If the day stresses you out, take a moment and slow down and refocus. Try to turn the day into an opportunity to look at your relationships in a new way. Valentine’s Day can be a reminder to show appreciation for the people you care most about. And it can be a great day to do something kind for yourself as well.
