Sex Therapy; Healing the Sexual Space – 50 hours
The Certified Sex and Couples Therapy (CSCT) curriculum provides training cutting edge training sex therapy, so that the student can become a practitioner with a proficient level of expertise to offer a complete integrative perspective to their clients.
The CSCT program accomplishes this by offering courses taught by the best in the field of sex therapy, the masters in private practice, the researchers, scientists and authors, who currently have sex therapy practices.
Upon completing this phase of your evolutionary training, clinicians and counselors may be eligible for their AASECT Certified Sex Therapy (CST) designation as well as the Certified Sex and Couples Therapist (CSCT)
All Sex Therapy courses include training in direct interventions including the assessing and treatment of sexual dysfunction and desire issues, sexual empathy, erotic recovery, and group therapy for relationship goals.
Courses includes solid theoretical and therapeutic directives as well as a core clinical foundations so that practitioners can leave the program confident in how to create a therapeutically healing space.
Participants in these courses may apply CE’s toward the 150 hours required for AASECT CST certification and be eligible for the 50 hours required for the new Certification in Sex and Couples Therapy (CSCT) offered by the Integrative Sex Therapy Training Institute.
