This course addresses eroticism and desire and the many levels of sexual healing – physical, emotional, spiritual, and the higher dimension I call transformational sexuality.
Over the four weeks, we talk about how sex can lead us to a greater transcendence – not just as an intellectual process, and not just in our genitals. Sex with another person increases and challenges four types (or windows) of trust, which we talk about in this class. We also cover several different forms of orgasmic experiences – and how to choose a sexual partner that is right for you or ways to transform your current relationship into a more erotic and alive partnership.

About Dr. Tammy Nelson: Dr. Nelson is a sex and relationship expert, an international speaker, an author, and a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples, is in private practice, and teaches seminars and workshops around the world for couples and professionals. She is a Board Certified Sexologist, a Certified Sex Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Imago Relationship therapist. She is an invited speaker at Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry, Cambridge Health Alliance Physicians Organization and at the University of California, Irvine. She speaks worldwide on global relational change.
About Nancy Hyatt, LICSW: Nancy Hyatt, LCSW-C has been helping couples transform their partnerships for over 20 years. She is an Advanced Imago Therapist and EMDR certified, recently completed a three-year Master Class with Hedy Schleifer in Encounter-centered Couples Therapy and has trained with Dr. Sue Johnson in EFT. She has a unique and powerful way of integrating trauma work with couples therapy.
About Melissa Fritchle: Melissa Fritchle is a holistic psychotherapist, sex therapist, and sex educator with a private practice in California. She writes the blog, Conscious Sexual Self, and will soon publish the Conscious Sexual Self Workbook inviting people to explore all aspects of their sexuality. In 2010, she won a Sexual Intelligence Award for her ground-breaking sex education work in Uganda and in 2014 she traveled to Kenya to provide consultation about sexual issues within the clergy to members of the Catholic Church.
