Session 1:
Fire – Relationships
Real change can only happen when we heal through our relationship, creating dramatic changes in our energy and the way we relate to others.  Energetically, we can make dramatic changes in our partnerships when we focus on our energy fields and not just the narratives we make up about our partners and how we relate to conflict.
Earth – Body
Changing the body can cement any intellectual insight gained in psychotherapy.  Without it, there is no hope for long-term gains. New forms of treatment including tapping and ancient healing forms like shamanism, tantra, and yoga will be discussed as they relate to new neurological findings in brain research.
Session 2:
Air – Mind
Our life is more than just our thoughts, it is our psyche straining to right itself.  It is a pull toward healing the anxiety and fears of a normal life and reaching toward greater consciousness.  Learn what psychedelics can teach us about healing and the brain.
Water – Spirit
Flowing with “what is” can create greater acceptance, but is our focus on “mindfulness” and “spirituality” today really just fostering a new “whatever” generation?  How are we dealing with the stress of an over-functioning society that has the burden of saving the planet?  Can we save our spirit first, acting in integrity with our higher purpose and then in a relationship with the future? Find out what mindfulness and acceptance really mean and how to achieve both.
