Spaces are limited. Group meets for 6 weeks, 2 hours each day. Individual sessions or attend the series.

Sex therapist and relationship expert Dr. Tammy Nelson is leading a virtual support group for women. The group is confidential, reliable, and safe. Together you will learn self-compassion, self-care, and how to heal from trauma.

In this group, we will:
- Use meditation techniques to calm anxiety
- Share feelings to increase self-acceptance
- Explore support and compassion among group members

Tammy Nelson Ph.D. is a sexologist and relationship therapist, an international speaker, and author of several books including, “Integrative Sex & Couples Therapy“, “Getting the Sex You Want; Shed Your Inhibitions and Reach New Heights of Passion Together“, “The New Monogamy; Redefining Your Relationship After Infidelity“, and “When You’re the one Who Cheats“. Her new book, “Open Monogamy; A Guide to Creating Your Ideal Relationship Agreement“, will be out with Sounds True Publishing in December 2021. She is a TEDx speaker and the host of the podcast The Trouble with Sex. She is also the founder and Director of Integrative Sex Therapy Institute and the Director of the Ph.D. in Counseling and Sex Therapy program at Daybreak University in Southern California.
