Dr. Tammy Nelson, an expert in relationship therapy, explores ways of healing and bringing excitement back to your erotic relationship. Affairs and trauma often form an obstacle to the erotic self and in this course, Tammy will explore these struggles and the techniques you can use to find your erotic self again.

Session 1: Repair Your Erotic Relationship
Discover ways to add more desire into your life, create arousal and heal sexual dysfunction. Tammy will explore the role of fantasy and how to tell what your partner likes. Tammy examines your erotic template as a means for bringing light S&M techniques into your sex life. Tammy discusses what to do after an affair to bring your relationship back to life. Find out three ways to bring more excitement into your sex life and repair sexual dysfunctional patterns that lead to boredom, shutdown and even dysfunction like premature ejaculation, orgasmic delay and lack of orgasm in women.
Session 2: Repair After an Affair
If you have been betrayed by a cheater, sex can be difficult or shut down in your relationship. Find out three ways to bring it back and make it even better. Mate guarding, ravishment and cuckolding will be discussed as well as ways to find erotic recovery after an affair.
Session 3: Sexual Repair After Trauma
Most of us have had some type of trauma in our lives, some have had sexual trauma from rape, incest or bullying, coming out, gender reassignment or sexual harassment. Lesser forms of trauma, what we call “small ‘t’ trauma’s” include illness, surgery, religious extremism and other damaging self-esteem issues can all affect sexuality. Learn some easy ways to get back into your body and give yourself permission to heal from shame, feel sexy and find your erotic self once again.

About Dr. Tammy Nelson: Dr. Nelson is a sex and relationship expert, an international speaker, an author and a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples, is in private practice and teaches seminars and workshops around the world for couples and professionals. She is a Board Certified Sexologist, a Certified Sex Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Imago Relationship therapist. She is an invited speaker at Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry, Cambridge Health Alliance Physicians Organization and at the University of California, Irvine. She speaks worldwide on global relational change.
