About the Trainers:

Gail Guttman, LCSW, specializes in the integration of couples and sex therapy. Gail has been a Certified Imago Therapist since 1994 and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist since 1984. Gail offers consultation and supervision groups. She has been twice recognized by Washingtonian magazine as a “Top Therapist” in sex and couples therapy. Gail is also an AASECT CE Provider, AASECT Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor and an Imago Clinical Consultant. She is passionate about helping therapists to integrate couples and sex therapy and welcomes different theoretical orientations in order to help each therapist find their own path.

Gail has presented on the subject of couples and sex therapy at the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute, Greater Washington Society for Clinical Social Workers, previous Imago therapy conferences, the University of Maryland and other professional organizations. She can be found at www.gpatherapy.com.

Dr. Sara Nasserzadeh is an award-winning author, clinician, and social psychologist specializing in sexuality, relationships, and intercultural proficiency. Dr. Nasserzadeh recognizes the power of media as an impactful means to deliver information to all sectors of society. Combining her expertise as a former journalist and her clinical expertise, “Dr. Sara” created and hosted a program called Whispers for the BBC World Service in 2006. For the past two decades, Dr. Nasserzadeh has been a senior cultural advisor and strategic consultant for governments, international NGOs, UN agencies, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, professional organizations, and the private sector across 40 countries. Dr. Nasserzadeh has three award-winning books in English; Orgasm Answer Guide, Wheel of Context for Sexuality Education, and Sexual Health Need and Preferences of “Hard to Reach” Young People. She is active through social media and could be reached at Instagram, Linked in, Facebook, and Twitter.

Tammy Nelson Ph.D. is a sex and relationship expert, an international speaker, and author of several books including, “Integrative Sex & Couples Therapy,” “Getting the Sex You Want; Shed Your Inhibitions and Reach New Heights of Passion Together,” “The New Monogamy; Redefining Your Relationship After Infidelity,”  and “When You’re the one Who Cheats.” She is a Board Certified Sexologist, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Imago Relationship therapist, a TEDx speaker, and the host of the podcast The Trouble with Sex.

All lectures will be taught by top experts recognized in the field of human sexuality both nationally and worldwide. Other faculty may be announced at a later time.
