All fees for service are nonrefundable. You are responsible for checking with your insurance provider to check for reimbursable coverage. Telehealth sessions may or may not be reimbursable. Full fee is due at the time of service. Sliding scale available upon request. Referal to alternate low fee providers available upon request. Invoice for services rendered available by email. You must provide 24 hours notice prior to canceling an appointment to avoid being charged for a full session.
