We address how to:
- Create a safe, culturally informed, non-judgmental therapeutic environment to work with confidentiality, transparency, revelation, privacy, and truth-telling.
- Help couples negotiate their sexual styles, take emotional risks, learn sexual communication, define monogamy and discuss attachment maps, while also examining the paradox of love and desire in long-term commitment.
- Process accountability and re-envision a post-affair relationship, explore erotic recovery, erotic blueprints and sexual empathy, including case examples and interventions.
- Help couples end outside affairs with integrity, decide when divorce is the best option, teach how to leave with integrity and address self-esteem and shame as separate partners.

Dr. Tammy Nelson Dr. Nelson is a sex and relationship expert, an international speaker, an author and a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples, is in private practice and teaches seminars and workshops around the world for couples and professionals. She is a Board Certified Sexologist, a Certified Sex Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Imago Relationship therapist.
